How quickly can we integrate?
Most customers are live in under 30 minutes. Either by adding our lightweight JavaScript SDK or connecting to their existing stack (Google Ads, Everflow, Adjust, etc.).

Do you offer a free trial or demo?

What is your false positive rate ?
Less than 1%. We use rule-based filters and machine learning to detect fraud while minimizing the chance of blocking legit traffic. You get full transparency with standardized rejection reason codes (e.g. “IP anomaly”, “duplicate click”, “bot behavior”) so you can review, adjust or override as needed. Fraud thresholds can be set per campaign, traffic source or offer. You can start in monitoring mode—screening traffic without blocking—before switching to active prevention.

How long is my Trial period?
During your 14-day trial, you’ll have full access to explore our platform and features. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. If you cancel before the trial period ends, no charges will be made to your card. We’ll send you a notification before your trial expires to remind you about the upcoming billing date, so you can decide whether to continue or cancel.
What happens if I went over the limits during the Trial period?
If you exceed your plan limits during the trial period, you’ll need to upgrade to a higher tier to continue using the service without interruption. Any upgrade during the trial will end your free trial period, and billing will begin immediately for your new plan.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time on a monthly basis. Changes take effect immediately, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly with prorated charges or credits applied to your next invoice.
When will I be billed?
After your 14-day trial ends, you’ll be billed monthly on the same date you started your paid subscription. If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, we’ll prorate the charges – you’ll receive a credit for unused time on your current plan and be charged for the remaining time on your new plan.
Does any Tax apply to your service?
Tax handling depends on your company’s location:
German companies: 19% VAT will be added to your bill
EU companies with valid VAT number: No tax applied (VAT exemption)
Companies outside the EU: No tax applied
Tax, when applicable, will be clearly itemized on your invoice.
Will I be notified before my trial ends?
Yes, we’ll send you email notifications before your 14-day trial expires to remind you that billing will begin soon. This gives you time to cancel if you decide not to continue, or to choose the right plan for your needs.
